Lavender is known for its calming properties while Dead Sea Salts infuse the water and your skin with essential minerals, like Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium, and Potassium. In addition, epsom salt may help your body gently detox and ease sore muscles as you relax and soak in the water.
Directions:
Pour 2 ounces or more of bath soak into warm running water.
Allow the mixture to dissolve before relaxing in a bath breathing in the beautiful aromatherapy.
Soak it in.
Rinse off or gently pat yourself dry with a towel if you prefer to let the minerals and essential oils continue to benefit your skin.
Rinse the tub to remove any leftover residue.
