This delicate, floral scented bar with a blend of jasmine, wild rose and warm sandalwood celebrates femininity with flair! Moisturizing mango butter and rich olive, avocado and jojoba oils pack this bar with emollient, conditioning power while pink kaolin clay and rose hips cleanse toxins from the skin and scalp. Ingredients: saponified oils of organic coconut, organic olive, mango seed butter, unrefined organic cocoa butter, castor bean and organic jojoba, pink kaolin clay, rose hips, rosemary oil extract, and essential oils of orange, cinnamon leaf, fragrance*.
*Please be aware that this shampoo bar does contain a blend of pure essential oils plus less than .01% of a phthalate-free fragrance oil too boost the natural scent, find out more. As this soap contains a synthetic fragrance it is now being DISCONTINUED, once it's sold out it will not be coming back. If we can create a similar scent profile, or a scent that we think is reminiscent of this soap with just essential oils, we will bring it back. But the new version will be 100% natural, all of the same base ingredients, but with a slightly difference scent.

If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. In addition, your hair may require a transition process before it is fully free of all the other chemicals and residues from prior hair products. You can read more about this transition process HERE.

Bella Rose shampoo bar
There is no bottle shampoo or conditioner product on the market that can match the quality, gentle effectiveness and luscious scent than the shampoo bars. Totally natural and worth its weight in gold.

I think this bar works really well as a shampoo bar - my red hair is clean, shiny & has plenty of body and curls. The reason for only four stars instead of five is the scent. I wanted to really love it & if it were not as strong, I might. It is just a little too much for me. However, if the Lavender Buttermilk's scent was this strong, I would love it!

Im new to this and im still getting used to the feel of my hair right after wash, but when my dries out it’s soooo soft and smells greaat!!! Will get more and will definitely try the rinse

a rose by any other name...
I love the smell of this shampoo bar! It has been so gentle on my sensitive skin. My favorite use for it has been face and body so far. It's great on hair too, but since I'm so new to shampoo bars, I'm still in a sort of transition phase and I'm working it out. I have noticed that I do have to use an acid rinse of some type (citrus acid or apple cider vinegar) every time for both hair and face, but not much! Like the old saying goes, "a little dab'll do ya." Just a spritzer with the spray bottle (check out AVNS's citric acid rinse and ACV rinse), wait about a minute (or leave on) and rinse! A quick note about the rinses: at least for me, I have to dilute the rinses just a bit more than they are already diluted, again due to my sensitive skin. So while I love shampoo bars so far, I'm still working out the kinks of when and how to wash and use acid rinses. Your mileage may vary! I don't think you can go wrong with this shampoo bar, or any other AVNS bar, but I must say that I have loved smelling this soap every time I take a shower. It's made this whole transition thing much more pleasant!! Oh, and at the end of the transition period? Zero scalp itch!!! I seriously have had itchy scalp for many years - probably about 10 years or even more. I would use shampoo over and over again trying to get rid of the itchiness. I thought I just wasn't getting my scalp clean. Turns out, maybe I was right! Shampoos are full of synthetic detergents and lots of water, and they just don't clean like shampoo bars do. Seriously! I am feeling super clean and my skin is totally happy now. I love the fact that this is one more thing I no longer have to worry about, and I can say goodbye to the years and thousands of dollars literally washed down the drain looking for my perfect shampoo. I have found my perfect shampoo - in a bar form! I would definitely recommend the Bella Rose, and I'm looking forward to trying other AVNS yummy looking bars.

I first thought the smell was to strong and would aggravate my asthma but I left it on the counter for a week this got me used to the scent I tried l oved what it did for my hair and skin sometimes you've got to give thinga a little time
