The lure is an organic chamomile and calendula infused oil blend to which we've added generous portions of coconut, mango butter and organic jojoba to cleanse, nourish and moisturize your scalp and skin. The scent in this shampoo bar will captivate you, and you'll never want to go back to Kansas again.
Ingredients: saponified oils of an organic chamomile and calendula infused blend of organic sunflower, grape seed and apricot kernel, organic coconut, castor bean, mango seed butter, organic sustainable palm, and organic jojoba, rosemary oil extract, and essential oils of of orange, cedar leaf, lime, citronella, fragrance*.
*As this soap contains a synthetic fragrance it is now being discontinued, once it's sold out it will not be coming back. If we can create a similar scent profile, or a scent that we think is reminiscent of this soap with just essential oils, we will bring it back. But the new version will be 100% natural, all of the same base ingredients, but with a slightly difference scent.

If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. In addition, your hair may require a transition process before it is fully free of all the other chemicals and residues from prior hair products. You can read more about this transition process HERE.

Great light scent
I've recently discovered I can use shampoo bars at home as long as I have a filter on the shower head. This is one of many I've tried and it's one of my favorites. The scent is light and my hair feels so soft afterward.

Orange Camomile Soap
This is my favorite soap so far. It’s rich and creamy and I love the scent. I use it as shampoo, body soap and shave cream.

Smells wonderful
Shampoo bars are here to stay. Convenient size for travel, no plastic bottles and leaves my hair clean and fresh scented. I highly recommend this product.

Lots to love but an unfortunate trade-off
My husband and I have been enjoying the shampoo/body bar products we purchased recently: pleasant scents, effective cleaning of hair and body, made in the USA, no-plastic product, prompt shipping with low waste packaging. All good! The trade-off comes when you scrutinize the list of ingredients, which includes “sustainable palm oil.” Until the research on oil palm cultivation is more convincing, we will choose to avoid the product in response to widespread deforestation and human rights abuses linked to this crop. We will not purchase any more products that contain palm oil. Hoping that AVO has products without this ingredient ;-)

Smell is big part of what makes me like a bar of soap/shampoo. I have to admit at first, I thought this shampoo was fine. However, the more I've used it the more I like it. It has good lather and smells great. I would even be good with a little more scent. It has been added to the favorite/reorder list!

Absolutely amazing!
This shampoo is absolutely AMAZING! My hair has never felt so nice! It also didn't cause any breakouts for me, which is amazing since I'm almost allergic to everything on the planet. The scent isn't overpowering and is so light and airy. I'm definitely going to buy more soon!

Smells Awesome
This bar smells so GOOD!!! It also smells so good. I smells like spring. It also works great for my fine hair that is dry on the ends with an oily scalp. It makes my hair feel so light and airy.
