love, LOVE this! i get it every time that the bar i have starts getting too small. it works almost as good as the summer and winter saver bars to keeping me so soft and comfortable in my old skin.

I bought this for my husband because I read reviews on it being beneficial to those with psoriasis. He loves it and said it gives his skin some relief. I did try the sample that came with it and I regret not reading the tag that came with it because I LOVED it. My hands are always miserably dry and crack so bad and the sample immediately relieved them. I hope I can figure out which type and scent it was so I could buy more for me!!

Provides a good clean to my hair. It feels good. I also like not buying shampoo in plastic bottles

The Simply Shea is one of my favorites and has been ordered many times. I appreciate that it is unscented, especially when I am camping. Fewer insects to attract:-)

This is my favorite bar, however still only 3 stars. I really want an all-in-one bar but this falls slightly short. This is the best one I've found that doesn't give me a headache or leave my hair a complete grease ball, but I still need to use an ACV rinse to keep it from getting greasy - so not an all-in-one product. This also leaves my skin feeling sticky and not good for running a razor over for shaving my legs. Making a Simply Shea Body, Shampoo & Shave Bar would almost make this a perfect bar. Women need to shave too, so don't just make shave bars for men, please.

Nice, smelling and feel good soap. Didn't last as expected. Will be ordering again.

This is one of my favorite shampoo and body bars. I've been ordering it since 2018. The shea bar does not dry my scalp or my skin, which is a plus since dry skin can lead to eczema for me.

I chose to go with the unscented bar after trying several scented samples. I feel like my hair is clean. I also like that fact that I'm not using a plastic bottle.

I went through the entire process of training my hair, testing different shampoo bars, going back to my old shampoo, and then realizing that my old shampoo made my hair so much heavier. It took me about a month to train my hair before going at least 3 days without washing my hair. I was a true believer that my hair needed to be washed every other day with heavy use of dry shampoo in between. I stayed the course. In the beginning of using the bars, I did get that waxy feel, but I could counter it with dry shampoo between washing days. I don't know when I finally started to notice that I could cut down on my use of dry shampoo, and I was able to push my hair another day without washing. My hair is so much healthier, and I can go 4-5 days before washing it now. I use a little bit of dry shampoo in between, but it isn't a heavy amount anymore. When I was using regular liquid shampoo, I had to wash my hair every day. I didn't realize how heavy my hair felt until I took a short period of time to go back to it after using shampoo bars. I noticed such a difference, that I ordered shampoo bars again and went through the transitional phase all over again.

I started with the sample bars to test which I liked. I love the Shea Bar and Marshmallow and Aloe Bar. My hair feels so smooth and has shine. After the sample bars and trying most of them (they are great for traveling), I then bought the half bar. Once I came back to the bars, I ordered two full bars. With my washing schedule, they last a pretty long time. I typically cut them in half to start.

I haven't tried other companies' soaps, but I don't want to. Apple Valley has been so great, and I love their quality!

I have very fine wavy hair. I used to spend hours meticulously detangling my hair. My friend recommended the Shea shampoo bar to me. She said she’s been using it for years. Since her hair is beautiful and long I decided to try it. I have been using it for about a month and already my hair isn’t getting all tangly! Also, feels much softer and looks shinier! Really happy with it.

I have been trying to switch to all natural shampoo with no luck until I tried this bar! My hair definitely went through a detox when I first started using it. After a couple of weeks my hair returned to normal. I have very sensitive skin so I make my own body soap, but I tried this bar as body soap and I had no reaction which was great! This soap is amazing and it is going to be so convenient for traveling!

I love this bar for its moisturizing and light fragrance, plus it's a shampoo bar!

Wonderful! Only issue I had was in traveling to area with hard water that was untreated, making it difficult to rinse thoroughly, but Citric rinse helped with that. Glad to have the opportunity to cut down on plastic packaging and looking forward to more convenient packing for overseas travel. Will buy again!

I’ve yet to actually use this on my hair, but I have used it as a shaving bar on my legs. I love it! Never going back to shaving cream

I love this bar for my kids. It works as shampoo and a body bar. Makes bath time easier and faster.

Have spent over a hundred dollars on other shampoos after a recent hair surgery in search for something calming on my scalp. This shampoo bar did the trick. I also purchased the vinegar spray and I like it as well. I will be a long time customer from now on.

I love this shampoo bar. I've tried so many and have loved the way my hair reacts to them but most make my head itch, unfortunately even some of your awesome bars! As soon as I washed my hair with Simply Shea though the itch calmed right down and my hair looks beautiful, shiny and soft. Thank you for such wonderful products!

I've tried nearly everything in my hair to combat the SOFTEST of water (I live on the coast). These shampoo bars are absolutely amazing- and the only shampoo that has worked for my hair. I've tried three so far- Simply shea (my favorite), Jajoba silk, and Peppermint tea tree. They all work wonderfully and are great with the vinegar rinse. I highly recommend these products. Thank you for saving my hair!

This "Simply Shea" shampoo bar is wonderful! I used it last night on my 3 kiddos...my 13 year old son said it made his hair so smooth, he said the girls will love it ;) My 9 year old daughter has very long hair & it made her hair so soft that we didn't even need to use detangler (made the morning routine much more pleasant) and my 21 month old daughter has curly hair & this made her curls form into perfect little, bounce ringlets!
I love that it is all natural & can pronounce all the ingredients. Leaves a nice clean smell.
