Arnica Muscle Rub & Pain Relief Salve

This is one of my favorite AVNS products. It works great to soothe an aching back.

The combination in this Arnica rub are perfect! The scent of menthol is not overpowering at all and yet you can feel it working. I use it for pain as much as muscle issues, and it works for both. Take the time to rub it in and enjoy the little massage. I use it on joint pain and have had a lot of success with it, so glad I decided to try it! Also, at least so far, a little bit goes a long way. It absorbs nicely and more can always be put on, so try a little first.

Used it on my lower back after a day of weeding, never got the soreness or pain as I usually do from weeding.
Then this morning I had one of those *My head might explode* headaches, brought on by neck pain. (You know something hurts and then you compensate by doing a slight tilt without knowing it, and then the muscle ends up knotted and hurting too....) Rubbed it on the back of my neck, head still hurt. Did the sides and within 15 minutes the headache really subsided and I can move my head and neck more freely.
The scent is fresh minty, not too strong. A little goes a long way and does rub in really well. There is only a slight menthol feeling when putting it on (maybe there would be more if I used more, may try that if I ask for a back rub) but, it's working! Even without all of the *other* type of product side effects (scent, cooling yada yada) it's working. Super pleased.

This product is so good and has so many uses. While I work out, I don't think I've used it for sore, overextended muscles. I have used it for headaches, chiropractic adjustments and general sore lower back issues. I rub it in and sleep soundly. What a great product! I will definitely put this on the "frequently purchased" list!

Great for sore, achy muscles in upper back, shoulders, neck. Have it next to the bed to use at night if sore muscles are keeping me from sleep. My husband also benefits from it when I rub it on his sore shoulders. I bought some this year for a Christmas present for a family member. I agree with an above comment, if you list on the jar all the potential uses it would be most helpful! T

My 6yo gets horrid growing pains in her legs and the only thing that ever calmed the pain was advil. I decided to give the Arnica Salve a try and after rubbing on her legs for a few minutes, she calmed right down and was able to fall asleep! Also works great to calm coughs and colds! This stuff is amazing! Will be sure to always have some on hand.

My gymnast comes home all sore from her workouts. Rub it on and the next day she is feeling better than her teammates who are still sore!

Suggestion to business owners: please list on the packaging all the uses for this product. Being new to this product, the reviews have been helpful in showing me the various ways this salve can help, but I don't want to keep going online to look up this info.

Great for soreness. I love how easy it is to put on and you don't need a lot!

So I ordered this rub and within the few days it took to come in the mail, my husband hurt his back at work, I started a new workout that I shouldn't have (workouts hurt), and one of my boys came down with a cold/cough. When the salve arrived I was eager to try it out and it worked wonderfully. Soothed my little guy and quieted his cough, helped the hubby and I with our sore muscles. A little goes a long way, it got me through a few days of muscles so sore from over use. Definitely keeping this one on hand. Thanks!!

We have found ourselves using it all the time for sore shoulders after a long day or after a workout. We also use it to help relieve stuffiness during cold months and for gentle relief of minor growing pains in our 3 year old. Its nice that the scent isn't overpowering if we are planning to go somewhere.

I ordered this recently to keep on hand for achy muscles or if a cough sneaks up on me... Turns out this salve arrived just in time. My nephew just started getting congested and coughing 8(
He fell asleep next to me and was coughing and sniffing so much, then I remembered that I had just received this little gem! Within 5 minutes of rubbing some on his chest and the bottoms of his feet (I read recently that if you rub vapor rub on the bottoms of the feet and put socks on it helps the coughing, turns out it's TRUE!) the coughing and sniffing has stopped!!! THIS PRODUCT IS TRULY AMAZING (smells great too) and I will always have some one hand. Thanks for another great product!

I had a shoulder injury from a while back, flares up once in a while, nagging pain, my hubby applied and presto pain gone. Smells good too.

Just got this to use instead of vicks and I love the subtle aspect of the scent. Works great to clear your sinuses gently. Also used b/f be on my 5 year old chronic neck pain from a whiplash injury. Woke up feeling great. Not painful stretches just to get out of bed. Great for a natural muscle relaxant. Definitely on my re-order list!
