Ingredients: saponified oils of organic coconut, grapeseed, organic sustainable palm, castor bean, sweet almond, mango butter, organic jojoba, rosemary oil extract, and essential oils of vetiver, bergamot, orange and black pepper.

If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. Cowboy bar
Smells like a campfire, but the scent is very light and goes away quickly. Cleans well, but doesn't last very long depending on application method. Recommendation for the company is to use a wavy cutter to allow only sections of contact while at rest. It will seal to a smooth surface if left wet.

Shampoo bar suds well and smells great. Once your hair is dry, you'll have soft clean hair, even my beard is softer and less wiry. The feeling of your hair after you rinse it out takes some getting used to, but I like this soap.

My husband loves it
Bought this and the Man 2.0 for my husband and he switches between them because he loves both scents. He has fine, straight hair that's easily manageable, so it's easier to find a bar that's right for his hair, unlike mine.

A Very Good Shampoo and Body Bar
The scent has some spiciness , not over powering , leaves hair and body clean , fresh , not dry , just right . This is my second shampoo/body bar by Apple Valley to try , and it's very good . It's nice to have a manly scent that doesn't over power and perfume , but leave you fresh and clean , and can be used both/or either . Good on your hair and skin , too , and lasts .

After reading the description of it to him I asked him if he would like to try something like that. Surprisingly got a yes and he LOVED it. Wants more and wants to try others. It makes his hair look thicker and fluffier. I love it and I think he loves the fact that he can use one bar for everything. Makes easy and de-clutters the shower! (although it is mostly my stuff in there but still). :)

it's the Vetiver... I know it is. I first intended for this to my husband's bar- and it has ended up at the sink. And at first I kind of thought it was a little overpowering, but now I am completely addicted. So deep and earthy. And wonderful, wonderful suds and slip. It's a keeper! I can't speak for its use as a shampoo bar- i'm still not quite that brave- but I do love it next to the sink.
