If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. BEST.SHAMPOO.BAR.EVER!!!
I bought 6 samples. I tried the grapefruit mint shampoo bar sample first and I must say that I am beyond impressed. First of all, it smells amazing and the sample is generous and long-lasting. My hair was pretty dirty and I shampooed my hair 3 times using this bar; my hair felt clean and well-conditioned. If I had used regular shampoo, I know that my hair would have been squeaky clean (in a bad way) and tangled. So, to make a long story short, this bar is fantastic, economical and well worth the money.

First Bar of 18!
Hi, I'm a new customer and just received 18 bars of Body & Shampoo Soaps. This is the first one that I've tried. Very nice aroma and a good amount of suds. I really like having the opportunity to use an all in one soap. Anxious to try the other 17! Thank you for an enjoyable product.

What is not to love?
I LOVE Apple Valley Natural Soap products. I LOVE Grapefruit - like, a lot. I mean almost as much as I love my husband and children. I LOVE mint. Put the three together - AMAZING!

Loves my Hair
I really like the way my hair looks when using the free sample I got of the grapefruit mint shampoo bar. I gets lots of lather followed up by lots of volume when my hair is dry. I only took off one star because I couldn't really detect any grapefruit scent (my favorite scent). It smells just like the Doublemint Gum I chewed as a kid. It's a great smell to wake you up in the morning though!
