This is an ultra conditioning shampoo bar for dry hair and scalp that also adds silk and shine to the hair shaft while taming the frizzies. Unrefined organic cocoa and shea nut butters make up the bulk of this formulation. Add to that a generous amount of jojoba and you have—A MIRACLE! While this conditioner shampoo bar does not work as a detangler (even miracles have limitations), it does do an excellent job of conditioning and really helps reduce tangles and snarls, it is our version of a natural conditioner bar. Plus the added silk peptides will make your hair amazingly soft, shiny, and silky. It may feel a bit sticky while your hair is wet, but hang in there, because when it dries, that feeling disappears as the silk hardens on your hair shaft, protecting and strengthening it with silica and 18 different amino acids. Use it on your body for the same silky-soft sensation. This Jojoba Silk Conditioning bar makes a great shampoo conditioner to use either by itself, or following another shampoo bar. Create as much conditioning lather as you feel is necessary to work through your hair, or just the ends, and rinse out. Made with certified organic ingredients.
PLEASE NOTE: When used by itself, this bar is for extremely dry, curly, kinky hair types. If you don't need to add extra oils to your hair to keep it in healthy shape, or as a natural conditioner, this bar may not be a good option for you.

If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. I love it. I use it on my kids coils and it makes it soft and manageable.

Wonderful!
I have long thick curly hair and I’ve spent a fortune on shampoo and conditioner over the years. This shampoo bar is not only a time saver, but also a huge money saver! After using the bar, I use a dilute vinegar wash to neutralize my hair and it’s incredibly soft and moisturized.

Jojoba Silk Conditioning Shampoo Bar
I have wavy curly hair (2b-3a). After using the jojoba silk conditioning shampoo bar my wavies were more wavy and my curls more curly. In combination with an apple cider vinegar rinse my wavy curlies were noticably soft and bouncy. I'm in love with my new toxic chemical free routine. I also love that I am saving money and reducing my plastic waste from all the shampoo and conditioner bottles.

It's in the name!
It truly jade my hair feel like silk and it felt super moisturized. It definitely helped to moisturize my curly hair and I absolutely love it. The thing about this shampoo is that it is meant for dry curly hair. If you don't have this hair type but would still like to have this bar, use it on the ends or bottom half of your hair. It won't weigh down your hair or make it feel flat since the oils won't be going on your scalp. I just absolutely love this bar. It truly does everything it says it will and I'll definitely be coming back for more. It's perfect for combating this cold weather. The only thing is I wish it was scented but it's perfect either way.

Not good on my hair
I REALLY, REALLY wanted this shampoo bar to deliver. It made my hair SUPER heavy and matty, and I was unable to -even after rinsing and blow drying and straightening- ever run my fingers through my hair. Super disappointed.

Stick with it...
At first, the Jojoba silk conditioning bar wasn't working for me. My hair was a complete mess after using it although was amazingly frizz free. I read comments on this website and others and decided to continue with the bar. I am so glad I didn't give up on the shampoo bar. It finally got the gunk out of my hair that had built up from old products. My hair is looking more and more amazing and without tons of products. My husband and daughter are also loving the bars.

I'll never go back...
I use this on my waist length hair... just on the ends... I will never go back to traditional shampoo's and conditioners (typically I used boilage or another salon brand) .... not a single tangle, never before in my life have I come out of the shower tangle free!!

Amazing Results!
I do not normally right reviews but my tween daughter was having trouble with her skin (read my review on the acne bar. She loves it!) and her hair being to dry on the ends but oily on her scalp. She is a swimmer and we have tried numerous shampoos and conditioners for her hair, even specialty shampoos for swimmers, and nothing has worked for her until we tried this bar and the Chamomile and Orange Blossom Bar. We saw a difference right away. It removed the chlorine smell from her hair and made her hair so soft and full of body. This was our first time ever using a shampoo/conditioner bar and I honestly was not expecting to be impressed and was really amazed at how well it worked. I also would like to say that when I first received a link from a friend for this company on Facebook I sent a message requesting what products might work best for someone who's in the pool a lot and received a response back very quickly! So impressed and grateful to find something that works and my daughter loves! Thanks so much!
