If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. In addition, your hair may require a transition process before it is fully free of all the other chemicals and residues from prior hair products. You can read more about this transition process HERE.

Latte Brunette Shampoo Sample
This is one of my favorite shampoo bars. I had purchased the large sample pack, but the Latte Brunette was a free sample and so far it is one of my top choices. I can't limit my top choices to a number, because many are so nice. I have also tried the Restore bar and like it a lot also. Both make my hair soft, shiny and manageable. The one suggestion I would make, that is not mentioned with any of the shampoo bars, is that it is helpful to use a little of your favorite conditioner when you shampoo. I also use the Vinegar Rinse periodically, but find using a little conditioner helps keeps static electricity at bay if you usually have the problem.

Can't believe I smell like coffee
I wasn't sure how I would feel smelling slightly of coffee. I wasn't even sure I would smell it. But it's very suttle, along with the other ingredients. The sent actually smells slightly of perfume. It cleanses beautifully. Absolutely love it.

I loved this shampoo bar! It helped keep my hair dark for about 3 months after getting it dyed instead of just a few weeks like liquid shampoo does. The lather was great and the scent was even better. It helped my hair look and feel amazing. I will be buying more soon!

The lather that comes from this bar is absolutely amazing! It doesn't smell like coffee to me. It has more of an herbal scent. Once my hair dries, the scent is gone. I have long, curly, dry hair and this bar and a rinse with ACV is enough to take care of tangles and leave my hair super soft!

One of the best shampoo bars!
Having naturally dark brown hair I couldn't tell if it did anything but I must say that it lathered well, made my hair feel moisturized and smelled delicious. It's good with any hair length (I started using it with waist length hair and now have shoulder length). I never had any issues with tangles at all. It was my first time using a shampoo bar and I'm definitely excited to try more. The bar can easily last 4 months. I'm so happy to have tried it!
