This mega salt bar, weighing 8-9 ounces, is made with European spa salt which is solar evaporated and harvested from the pristine waters of the Mediterranean Sea. This salt is produced using the ancient method of solar evaporation in a region that is free of pollution and has high evaporation rates. Rich in trace minerals that help soothe pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation and cell regeneration and hydrate tissue, European spa salt is one of the purest salts in the world.
European spa salt gently exfoliates and pulls out toxins and impurities from the skin. It actually feels like smooth marble and is extremely hard and long lasting. French green clay helps tighten pores as well as remove bacteria, impurities, oil, and dead skin with its exceptional ability to absorb. This tightens pores and rejuvenates skin cells. Spirulina is a natural antimicrobial, it actually kills off candida, which can be an underlying cause of acne. It also contains 8 essential amino acids, and is high in protein, which is necessary for cell repair and growth. On top of that, spirulina contains a rare fatty acid known as gamma linolenic acid. That combined with being a rich source of antioxidants makes this a highly effective tool against free radicals. When free radicals are eliminated, this increases the skin’s metabolism, and helps your body produce new, healthy cells faster.
We also added organic shea nut butter to make a rich, creamy bar with a delightfully refreshing lime essential oil blend. There are many uses for our salt bars, and this one is great in bathrooms with lots of activity. As with our other salt bars, it lasts a VERY long time!

Excellent kitchen bar
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this bar, but man am I glad I did. It cleans very effectively and leaves my hands smooth and soft, without being drying or overly lotion-y feeling. And it's HUGE. This bar will last you forever!

Yummy Lime Margarita-Like Treat...
This bar was made as a scrubbing hand soap - but its talents are wasted if you use it strictly for that. It does a great job and makes a convenient way of gently exfoliating the body. It's also very moisturizing, and the lather from it is almost like cold cream and is very much like shaving cream... and the salt does seem to have a toning effect. I look forward to using it more than any bar soap I've had in the past (with the exception of certain slimming seaweed bars).

I could smell it from inside the box. I love the smell of lime, especially in warm weather. This is my bath exfoliator body bar and it works great!

Irritates my sensitive skin, but definitely an indestructible bar
Now, let me preface this by saying that I have very sensitive skin and having only natural ingredients doesn't guarantee it will work for me. Unfortunately, within a couple minutes of using this, my hands were itching and getting little red bumps. My kids are able to use it though. It is staying hard and holding its shape well, so we'll use up the bar.

Hands down favorite soap!
I was not expecting to love this, jsut hoping to use it in the spare bathroom because pump soap makes a mess with the random children coming through here. I LOVE it. It is in my kitchen because I cannot get enough of the smell. The lather is stable and thick for a salt soap and it leaves my hands sooo soft with just the right amount of scent. It smells similar to another large company's salt product (that has a price tag I CANNOT justify) and works even better! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this soap!
