Product Overview
This incredibly moisturizing bar's secret is lanolin, a wax secreted from the skin of sheep to protect them from the elements. Sounds weird, but it's actually pretty amazing stuff for humans too. This bar is superfatted with oodles of thick, rich lanolin so that when you are done washing up, you'll have this soft, invisible layer of protection all over your skin. It's great when the weather is cold and dry.
Try it by the sink to keep your hands in good shape. Use it all over your body, and you may not need a lotion afterward!
We make limited quantities of our Limited Edition and Special Edition Fall & Winter soaps, so once they are sold out, they are gone for the season.
We do however make a number of batches of this VERY popular soap during the winter, so if you see it's already sold out feel free to contact us and we'll let you know if we have another batch in the works.
Ingredients: saponified oils of organic coconut, grapeseed, sunflower, unrefined organic cocoa butter, unrefined organic shea nut butter, lanolin, and essential oils of orange, bergamot, grapefruit, patchouli, ylang ylang and fir needle.

Best bar ever, but never in stock!!
I have been buying Apple Valley soaps and products for YEARS and the best bar I've tried is this one! It's so nourishing and long laying, and I just love the slight lanolin "film" or leaves, as my hands stay moisturized so much longer. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that it is SO HARD to get! Only available for asl short things and for the last several years both the bar and the sample bars get sold out almost immediately and we'll before in able to log on and get one. I've been searching the Internet for other lanolin bars and will likely switch or make my own, because no bar of soap is good enough to spend so many hours of my time trying to actually get it ordered!

DON'T BUY THIS SOAP
This soap STINKS !!!! How can you call it Natural when it contains Patchouli Oil ? There should be a RED warning sign on this product letting customers know that it contains this wretched oil. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! **AVNS Response: We're sorry to hear that you don't like the scent of Patchouli. There is a very small amount of patchouli in this soap and it is 100% natural, but patchouli is one of those essential oils that while some love it, or don't notice it, others don't care for it. We hope you find other bars you enjoy using.
