Soft citrus with a hint of floral, this bar is super rich in Mango Butter! Mango butter has high levels of antioxidants, vitamins, saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids which makes it a moisture rich food for skin and hair. It reportedly aids in the slowing of hair loss through the treatment of scalp conditions such as dandruff, eczema, or psoriasis. Mango butter is readily absorbed into skin and hair, supporting cell regeneration of the scalp, which ultimately promotes hair growth as well as helping to strengthen the overall structure. It is also known to help repair split ends and help add volume to hair.
Ingredients: saponified oils of mango seed butter, organic coconut oil, organic cocoa butter and organic jojoba. Essential oils of lavender, organic litsea cubeba, tangerine, lime, sweet orange, and bergamot. Rosemary oil extract.

If you've never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder "how do I do that?" It's easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. Mango Citrus Shampoo Bar
I have dry fine wavy hair and a sensitive scalp/skin. Unfortunately this bar dried my hair out even more, causing breakage. It dried out my scalp as well, which made it itch. It smells nice though. I will just have to try something else at Apple Valley. :-)

Mango Citrus Shampoo Bar
I swear, this stuff works better than the $30/bottle salon-brand I was using before. I've always been a little wary of ecofriendly, natural bath products as I've found a lot of them don't lather. Not so with these bars. I get plenty of lather and my hair is (literally) squeaky clean afterwards, feeling lightweight and soft. I can't be sure, but I think it might even help shine up my highlights a bit. My husband has been happy with his Buck Bar and Wild North too. As soon as my plastic-bottle bodywash runs out, I'll be making the switch to AVNS body bars too!

Awesome Citrus Scent
I tried this bar right away when I received it. I washed my hair and body with it. My hair smells awesome (even the next day) and is soft, shiny and full of body. It feels so clean! My skin is so soft. Another great shampoo and body bar!
