Organic Castor Oil Knee Pack

Castor Oil Knee Packs are a great way to reduce inflammation, relax joints and improve physical health. Packs need to be used with a high quality castor oil as they support and encourage your body’s natural ability to heal, promoting blood circulation while relaxing joints and muscles. These natural Castor Oil packs are made by Liss & Landi with organic PUL and organic cotton flannel, and they state that "you can rest assured knowing that the material against your skin is safe, soft and hypoallergenic."

You have two sizes of the knee pack to choose from:
S/M which measures 19.5" in length and 6.5" in width.
L/XL which measures 25" in length and 9" in width.

This listing does not include the castor oil which needs to be purchased separately.

As mentioned, this pack is to be used with a high quality castor oil and our Organic, Hexane free Castor Oil is a great choice. It can aid in strengthening the immune system, increasing relaxation and improving sleep quality, improving lymphatic drainage, reducing headaches and much more!

1. Apply 1–2 Tbsp of organic castor oil to the flannel side of the pack.
2. Place the pack over the area (for example, over the liver on the upper right side of the abdomen).
3. Relax for 30–60 minutes. A warm (not hot) heat source can be added on top if desired.
To clean: soak the pack in baking soda and water, then gently hand wash with a coconut bar or liquid castile soap, rinse, and hang to dry.
If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider first.
