If you’ve never used a solid shampoo bar in your hair, you may wonder “how do I do that?” It’s easy. Just get your hair wet, take the bar and rub it all over your scalp and hair. Put the bar down and work it into a wonderful lather. You may find that the first time you use a shampoo/body bar in your hair it feels different. Using natural ingredients is not going to give you the same feeling chemically laden choices do because the natural oils are not being stripped away. In addition, your hair may require a transition process before it is fully free of all the other chemicals and residues from prior hair products. You can read more about this transition process HERE.

I made the switch to shampoo bars & I love them! I purchased 3 sample bars, this one is my favorite! Wish it wasn’t being discontinued. It lathers well, rinsed well & gives me body! Eliminated a texture spray I was using when this worked so great for body. I also do the acv rinse & it works well. Love the clean ingredients & the beneficial herbs in the bars. Now if you could make a conditioner & hair spray that’s good for me too I would be so happy!
Cleanses hair and scalp without drying. My husband has even noticed a small regrowth of hair on his scalp. Nothing major, but this shampoo does what it says it can do.
I’ll admit I was skeptical but this bar is lasting me a good bit. It smells like tea and it’s a pleasant smell. It lathers very well. I have noticed since I switched shampoos, my hair doesn’t fall out at all during my showers. The new growth feels softer and more nourished too!I just bought more!
My hair is really short so I cannot comment on whether this bar will give my hair body when it grows out like others do, but the lather is amazing, it smells wonderful, and cleans really well. My hair feels well moisturized too. I will definitely buy this bar again.
I haven’t tried a shampoo bar from here that isn’t amazing. These are the best shampoo bars I have ever used! I have tried shampoo bars from Chagrin Valley, Sweet Creek Herbs, Prairie Land Herbs and many others from Etsy and NONE have worked for me like the ones I have purchased here. I am not knocking any of those other brands at all. I think they are all good products BUT AVNS shampoo bars work better for ME than all the rest.
